We worked with more than 100 families in Marion, South Australia to co-design and prototype Family by Family.

In May 2010, we started with a brief to develop new ways for families to thrive and fewer families to come into contact with crisis services. We applied an approach we call Radical Redesign – which blends design, social science and business methods to come up with and rapidly test solutions to tough social challenges.
