Family coaches, kids coaches, and sharing families are three of the roles that make Family by Family what it is. Coaches provide ideas and inspiration to sharing families so they can help other families. They aren’t your average professional. Sharing families are families who have been through tough times and come out the other side.

New roles require different recruitment, training and support. We’ve designed some fun experiences like Family Camp and Team Coaching to train families and coaches.

Attracting and engaging families is key to the success of Family by Family. We work with families in each community to design the messages and materials using loads of photos and visuals.
Q: Family by Family Tools and Interactions
Family by Family links-up families to change the things they want to change. We’ve developed a way of matching families, along with a series of tools to keep the focus on change.
Q: Family by Family Evaluation
We help families see the changes they are making by using sticker sheets to capture shifts in how kids & adults feel (attitudes), what kids and adults do (behaviours) and want (goals).
