A short Family by Family reflection by Emma Johnson family coach
My journey at Family by Family started nearly 3 years ago now. In that time there has been so much that has happened. I have met and worked with so many amazing people, and been blessed enough to watch so many of our families grow and change through their Family by Family experience.
Being a Family Coach can be incredibly challenging at times, emotionally, physically and intellectually, but having the good fortune to work with so many brilliant families makes it entirely worth it.
My role as a Family Coach has provided me with the most incredible insight to what it really looks like when we allow families to be the experts in their own lives. Families have incredible strengths, resources and knowledge that they bring to the table, and Family by Family in it’s work, truly acknowledges those things.
So, if I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with your family through Family by Family I would like to say thank you. Thank you for the learning, the insight, and for sharing this crazy, busy, fun ride we call Family by Family.
If you have ever thought about joining Family by Family – as either a Sharing or a Seeking family, I say do it. You wont regret it.

I’m Ruhina and I am a sharing family kid. Family by Family to me is a great experience because the program helps people from the community to learn how to make better friendship skills.
