Sharing Family
Josephine, Sim & family joined Family by Family in Marion in 2012. They were integral to the initial set up of the program. Over time they have experienced being both a sharing and a seeking family. They love being friendly, dependable and cooking great food. They are great at building meaningful relationships and respecting others. They value generosity, forgiveness and integrity.
Abagail, Gabriel & family came to Australia in 2004 from a refugee camp in Ghana. They became a sharing family approximately 3 years ago. Although they already enjoyed helping new arrivals in their own community they wanted to offer more help to more people.
May, Khalid and their family immigrated to Australia from Iraq. They first became a Seeking family as they wanted assistance to learn more about Australian Culture. They then wanted to give back to the community and became a Sharing family with Family by Family 3 years ago.
Leticia and Charlie value treating other with respect, treating people equally and honesty. They enjoy making the most of life and getting out and having fun.
